  • Confirmation and cancellation policy

    Full payment must be made 30 days after invoicing at the latest to confirm the stand reservation.
     
    Cancellation must be made in writing to pharmabiotics2025@inviteo.fr
    • Cancellation received more than 60 days prior to the first day of conference: 50% of the total fees as cancellation penalty.
    • Cancellation received less than 60 days prior to the first day of conference: 100% of the total fees as cancellation penalty.
